As the Commercial Manager, your role will be:
- Working with established and trusted Retail customers where there is partnership and collaboration.
- Charged with category development and growth with key customers.
- Working closely with an experienced and highly regarded Commercial Director.
- Focussed commercial team with long standing relationships in the industry.
- An environment to learn, develop and engage with likeminded, upbeat and ambitious individuals.
- High profile account so an opportunity for real visibility within the business.
- Working closely with NPD – innovation is absolutely key to this business and a reason for their continued success.
- Frequent customer meetings as well as working cross functionally within the business.
- Delivering and presenting business plans.
- Involvement in NPD and commercial projects planned for the near future.

You will need the following experience in your background:
- Experienced at Account or National Account Manager in the FMCG or food sector.
- Skilled negotiator with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Interest in food.
- Strong understanding of the need to understand the category in detail with exceptional market awareness.
- Commercially and financially astute, numerically adept.
- FMCG of food industry background essential.
